Need a moment to decompress with something fun and colorful? Join us in a relaxing session.

Calm your Minds with our Watercolor Meditations Experience. Together, we’ll go over a few basic paint techniques and then dive into relaxing and loose abstract works. We will create different pieces based on color, mood, and energy.

This experience is an introduction to watercolors through a series of fun, easy and calming exercises. Participants will get an introduction to intro watercolor techniques as well as a series of “flow meditations", or exercises, that combine colors and mindfulness for a meditative experience.

Expect a relaxing and fun hour to feed your creativity.
Destress and express yourself with this magical medium.

 
 

Additional Info

  • Recommended Materials: a pad of watercolor paper, a watercolor set and a few brushes.

  • Optional Materials: Salt.

  • To be ready for our session, please find a jar or large cup/bowl and fill it with water. We will be emptying and refilling this throughout the session.

  • Paper towels will be helpful.

  • Watercolor is a relatively clean medium, but it may be a good idea to spread out some paper/plastic under your working area to minimize clean up.

  • We will create many small pieces. Give yourself room to get creative.
