Paint Pouring, also referred to as Fluid Art, is a fun and messy way to get creative. Every paint pour creation comes out entirely unique. You’ll learn different methods of paint pouring including the “swipe”, “ribbon pour”, and “flip cup pour”.
In this relaxing workshop you’ll explore acrylic pour painting, a type of fluid art that utilizes motion and contrast to create abstract color paintings. There are endless creative possibilities thanks to the different ways to combine acrylic paints and there’s something so satisfying about watching it spill across a surface. You’ll learn about color blending, different pouring styles, and learn how to create a masterpiece while in motion. Each coaster is transformed into a bespoke abstract painting to have and to hold. We celebrate experiences over things, but making memories and pretty coasters is win/win.
Fluid painting is a process that embraces slowing down and being present.
