In this guided watercolor meditation experience, we’ll explore simple yet powerful painting exercises that blend mindfulness with playful expression. Think of it as a yoga class—only with color and flow instead of poses. You’ll learn intuitive techniques for creating calming mini artworks that reflect your mood, energy, and intention. Along the way, we’ll experiment with watercolor techniques, color layering, and flowing brushwork to unlock a sense of ease and creative freedom.

No experience needed—just show up, let go, and enjoy the process. You’ll leave with beautiful, abstract pieces and tools for ongoing meditative self-care through art.
