CONNECTION + CO-CREATION

Looking for a meaningful way to connect your team?

Collab/Collage is an artful, hands-on workshop where participants cut unique shapes from colorful, textured materials and contribute them to a shared community “pot.” Blending individual creativity with collective effort, this experience becomes a living metaphor for connection and rebuilding—putting the pieces together in both art and life.

More than just a corporate gathering, Collab/Collage invites real conversation, collaboration, and co-creation. As participants create with materials contributed by others, the simple act of exchange sparks surprising outcomes, deeper understanding, and meaningful connection.

We also offer the option to create one large community collage, allowing your team to collectively build something greater than the sum of its parts.

Crave’s Collaborative Collage workshop put me into such a playful flow state, I wished we could have kept going for two more hours! The unique collaborative approach was a new twist that significantly amplified my creative output and led to more robust and connective interactions with my co-collagers.”

Participating in the collaborative collage experience was a refreshing break from my usual routine. Working with scissors, glue, shapes, and colors reminded me how fun and freeing it can be to create with my hands, and kept me in the present moment. The best part was collaborating with my fellow “collagers.” We bounced ideas off each other and even traded unfinished collages to build pieces that were far more interesting than anything we would have made solo. It was a great reminder of the power of creativity and connection. Every time I see one of my collages—with its colors, shapes, and layers—it brings back fun shared moments and offers a brief escape from the everyday.”
